The collection of personal information is only for the primary purpose of preparing claims.  Information may include individual names and contact details.

When a claim is made under an insurance policy, to enable us to assist in the claim process, we collect information about the claim, some of which may be personal information.  We may collect the information from you or from third parties such as your accountants or consultants but only with your prior approval. 


Information is supplied to loss adjusters and/or Insurers in the form of claims when approved for distribution by you.

We hold the information we collect from you in our computer system and hard copy files.  We ensure that your information is safe by following the usual security procedures expected by our clients.  We do not store electronic information in the cloud or shared storage facility.

We will never sell information about individuals to anyone.

Rights and choices

You may request the personal information we hold at any time. 

You may request correction of the personal information we hold at any time.

We will not charge you for access to your personal information.
